What we saw

We built ISMS Copilot for ISO consultants. That demand is now limited by their demand. Companies are not doing ISO alone with a chatbot. They buy a platform that sells the certificate. The hours behind that promise used to be consulting. Those hours are becoming agents.

What we build

AI makes it cheaper to write code, so more code ships. A workshop cannot gate that. Aevral puts security on the pull request. heyGRC puts compliance on the pull request. ISMS Copilot is the specialist an expert still calls from the harness they already use, through MCP.

The factory

Platforms sell the certificate. The customer still needs ISO implemented on that platform: on their MCP, inside their procedures and modules. We run that as a service, with our agents, on their product. That is the compliance factory.

A different desk

The products are self-serve. Implementation and independent audit are the other desk.
